Note :

All items returned suspected faulty are forwarded to the manufacturer who requires cartridges to be accompanied by a print sample. In the case of laser cartridges, a cartridge status report including copy count will speed up the process.
Ink cartridges are subject to a minimum weight test.
Often cartridges are found to have blocked nozzles and can be easily unblocked. This does not constitute a faulty cartridge. Contact Consumables Plus Support if you would like information on simple methods for cleaning blocked nozzles.
